Wes Humpston

Wes Humpston grew up in Santa Monica, California, and skated with the Z-Boys without being an official Zephyr team member. After the Zephyr team broke up in 1976 he teamed up with Jim Muir to start Dogtown Skates, and he did the lettering on the Dogtown cross logo. He is credited with pioneering hand-drawn, individual deck graphics, and later started Bulldog Skates in the late 1990s.
