THEDECKWALL

Terms

Last updated October 2026

The Deck Wall (thedeckwall.com) is a free archive of skateboard decks, run by Tim Bonnett in the UK. By using the site you agree to these terms. They're short, and written to be read.

The archive

The archive records which decks were made, by whom, and when, for skaters, collectors and anyone curious. We work hard to get it right, but much of it is pieced together from old catalogues, shop listings and memories, so dates, names and details can be wrong. Decks marked "not yet verified" haven't been checked. Please don't rely on the site alone when buying or valuing a deck, and tell us when you spot a mistake.

Photos, artwork and credits

Deck graphics belong to the brands and artists who made them, and photos to whoever took them. We show them to document the decks, credit them on each deck page, and link back to where they came from. Brand names and logos belong to their owners; their use here doesn't mean a brand endorses the site.

If a photo or artwork on the site is yours and you'd like it removed or credited differently, use the removals form. We aim to act within two working days, and where a request is clear we take the image down first and talk after.

You're welcome to link to any page. Please don't copy the archive's contents in bulk or scrape the site.

Things you send us

When you submit a deck, photo or shop, you confirm it's yours to share (or you have permission), and you let us show it on the site, credited as you choose. You keep the rights to your photos; ask and we'll remove them. We may edit or decline submissions to keep the archive accurate.

Accounts and messages

Keep your sign-in to yourself and be decent to other collectors. If you message someone about a deck for sale, any deal is between you and them: we don't handle payments or deliveries and can't vouch for buyers or sellers. We may remove content or close accounts that break these terms or the law.

Links and affiliate listings

Deck pages link to shops and to eBay listings. Some eBay links are affiliate links through the eBay Partner Network: if you buy something after clicking one, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. It helps cover running costs. There are no ads on the site, and nobody pays to appear in it. We're not responsible for other sites' content or what they sell.

Liability

The site is provided as it is, free of charge. As far as the law allows, we're not liable for losses from using it or relying on it. Nothing here limits rights you have that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

The rest

How we handle your information is set out in our privacy notice. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
