Kanten Russell

Kanten Russell is a skateboarder from San Diego, California, who grew up skating in Point Loma and Ocean Beach. He turned pro at 19 and skated professionally for about 12 years, appearing on magazine covers and in skate films. After retiring he studied civil engineering and landscape architecture and became a skatepark designer, working with Action Sport Design and later Stantec, including the St. Cloud, Minnesota skatepark described as the first green skatepark.
