Jesse Martinez

Jesse Martinez is a Venice, California, street skater, born in 1965, who became one of the defining figures of 1980s street skating. He rode for Powell Peralta's Bones Brigade and was a founding partner in World Industries, the skater-owned company that changed the industry in the late 1980s. Later he led the long campaign to build the Venice Beach skatepark and became known for looking after it voluntarily.
