Marc Johnson

Marc Johnson was a street skater from North Carolina who moved to California as a teenager and settled in San Jose, where he came up with the Tiltmode crew. He rode for Maple and then Rodney Mullen's A-Team, launched Enjoi with Mullen's backing, and spent around 11 years on Chocolate. His parts in Modus Operandi (2000), Yeah Right! (2003) and above all his closing section in Lakai's Fully Flared (2007), which earned him Thrasher's Skater of the Year award, made him one of the most respected and inventive skaters of his era. He founded Business & Company in 2018 and died in May 2026, aged 49.
