Steve Douglas
Steve Douglas, born in 1967 in North London, started skating at around ten at London skateparks including Harrow. He turned pro in 1987 for Schmitt Stix, which released his signature deck in 1988. When the brand was relaunched as New Deal in 1990 he was involved in creating it, and he co-founded a London shop using the name. He has since worked in skate distribution, including Giant Distribution and Dwindle.
